Track 16 - Hong Kong - HK Island - " I love my mission, I love the people, I love the gospel"

Dear friends and family!
How was your week?
How are you doing with your daily scriptures stuudy and prayer?
I hope everyone is doing great, temporaly and spiritualy.
I was thinking a lot about everyone of you, the people i will leave in a couple days and those i will see again.
my heart is full of sadness but contrasted with feelings of love, peace and gratefulness.
i love my mission! i love the people, i love the gospel!

today because of the lack time i dont know if i will have a long email.
but last week....

on monday night: with the elders we have had dinner with vivian, we had a lot of fun. we talked about temple, eternal marriage and so we all had to share our thoughts on the importance or why having an eternal marriage and of course the disussion lead to our standards to find the future spouse. it was pretty interesting conversation....

tuesday: we left our apartment around 9 am in the morning to meet with the sisters and go together at the ho man tin chapel for the district relief society activity. i originally was supposed to be part of the dance but a sister volunteered to dance.
finally the plan went perfect because 2 mins before we arrived at the chapel the assistants called and asked us to travel quickly to kowloon tong ( we did not know the reason yet until we got there , and surprise!!! ) a visitor...
so on tuedsay we spent our whole day in kowloon tong for our visitor's baptism. brother hu was really prepared during the whole process of teaching him we could see a lot of changes. he was so happy after entering the water and receiving the gift of the holy ghost.
doing visitor baptism is really special because there are probably 6 missiinaries in a room witnessing one person's baptism. it really shows that this ordinanace is something between oneself and heavenly father, i could feel that we were not actually the only ones in the room i could feel the presence of those on the other side of the veil.

wedensday: we went with the elders and joanna a recent convert to visit rose our pimary president.. we ate diner together and talked about how to find peace ? and for some reason the discussion ended up on plan after mission, dating, marriage, raising a family..... everyone was like hahaha!!!

thursday; we met with therc huang jing in the morning and then at night we had our sports night we had a lot of people coming we had a lot of fun with the non members young men.

friday: in the morning we had a training on doing family history with our recent converts, then ahfternoon we had our district meeting, elder garcia and sister mendoza ate the balut as new members of our disctirct.
at around 6 pm we met with molly and guess what!!!....
we extended a baptismal date for may 27th, she chose it by herself. ( she still have the problem with her mom not letting her get baptised so please people pray for molly and her mom).
around 8 pm we went to vivi a less active, ma jm she fed us and we talked a little bit about the branch, how much peope have improved. the husband does not want to share anything about jesus crhsti in their house so we did it " undirectly".

saturday: we ate with a member from shing mun for dinner and spent a lot of time finding.

sunday: we met with marlo then from 1 to 3 we had a district specail broadcast. then around 6pm we went with the elders to visit zhao jm, but husband and the older son were not home.
